EnrollmentThe Family Resource Department processes all enrollment applications, determines eligibility of children and child placement, and provides support to families. Eligibility and family resource needs are confidential matters discussed on a one-to-one basis with Family Resource Specialist. An initial visit with the Family Services Specialist and other appropriate staff, when necessary, gives parents a chance to discuss our programs and services and complete required enrollment paperwork.

A Family Resource Specialist will contact you upon receipt of the completed application.
