Each center at Seton Hill Child Services, Inc. is certified by the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) Child Care Division and funded in part through state and federal grants. Therefore, we are obligated to comply with all regulations, standards and laws that pertain to early care and education. DHS certifies child care providers, provides regulations and guides to ensure quality care of children, and investigates complaints and incidents that occur at the centers.
