Seton Hill Child Services, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of professionals and citizens from Westmoreland County, which meets regularly to review the programs and make policy and fiscal decisions.  The Board of Directors has a legal and fiscal responsibility to administer and oversee the agency’s Head Start and Early Head Start programs The Management Team are responsible for implementing Board policy and procedures.
